The Ecuadorian national team player Cristian Ramírez signs for FK Krasnodar from Ferencváros.
Ferencváros and FK Krasnodar came to agreement over the transfer of Cristian Ramírez. The defender continues his career in the Russian league.
Cristian Ramírez began his Hungarian career in season 2014-2015 signing on loan from Nürnberg. The fast left winger convinced the coaching staff quickly and took a key role in winning the Hungarian Cup. In the summer of 2015 FTC offered him a three-year contract.
In the new season he became even more useful for the team: he contributed to winning the cup and league with goals and assists. As a result he was even called up to the national team and participated in Copa América in 2016.
His last game at Ferencváros was the 2-2 draw against Vasas. His new club stays 5th in the Russian Premjer League and competes for a Europa League position.
Thanks for everything Cristian, we wish you the best of luck!
“As the trees of Kosztolányi, so belonged I to Üllői Street. My foes might have said: Albert loiters on the FTC pitch like the trees from Üllői Street with a slight difference; they don’t have their arms on their hips. Well, I was indeed loitering; what’s more, sometimes with my arms on my hip, but between two loitering, I performed some tricks, scored some goals and pleased a few hundred thousand football friends. For me, the FTC stadium meant everything: I, the lad from the countryside, could have become and became somebody there. MY FORTUNE LEAD ME THERE SINCE SOMEWHERE UP IN THE SKY IT HAD BEEN DETERMINED THAT MY LIFE WOULD BE FERENCVÁROS.” - Flórián Albert
