MVM Hungarian Electricity Private Limited Company signed a strategic sponsorship agreement with the country’s most popular sports club, Ferencvárosi Torna Club.

MVM Hungarian Electricity Private Limited Company signed a strategic sponsorship agreement with the country’s most popular sports club, Ferencvárosi Torna Club. As per the today signed agreement, the international energy company sponsors from now on several individual and team sports division at FTC.

Representative market research results show that FTC has over 1,7million sympathizers in Hungary. MVM will become a sponsor to the different sports divisions' U14-U18, professional, and both men’s and women’s athletes and teams. In exhange for the sponsorship, MVM will appear at FTC’s Sports Center, football stadium, training pitches and gyms, LED and other boards, on the club’s media surfaces, newsletters, online and social media channels, respecitvely on the sporting equipment of the athletes. Furthermore, MVM will take some of FTC’s sporting facilities’ name sponsoring right.

Working with the different divisions, the company can reach a broad range of next generation youngsters, just as both genders, and raise attention to sustainability and the importance of keeping a healthy lifestyle. The cooperation includes water polo, boxing, handball, ice hockey, synchronized swimming and several smaller-bigger divisions.

The athletes of FTC collected 29 Olympic medals so far. Among others, György Kárpáti became three-time water polo champion, Zoltán Magyar two-time champion, and for instance András Sike wrestler or Mihály Hesz as Fradi athletes. The Inter-Cities Fairs Cup-winner football team is also a national reacord holder with 29 national championship titles. We have the only Hungarian Golden Ball winner, Flórián Albert, and Jenő Dalnoki, Olympic champion football player and later coaching legend, also wore the green-white jersey.
