Confident win

After more than nine years the women’s handball team of FTC hosted a Champions League match again at home, at the Elek Gyula Arena. Gábor Elek’s team encountered Saturday afternoon Thüringen HC and did not leave much air for the German team. The teams went closely until 2-2 and the Germans closed up once more at 10-9 but only fifteen minutes later Frad had an 11-goal advantage already. In the end our team proved to be unstoppable creating the 32-24 final result. With this victory FTC kept its second position in the group.
