At the Groupama Arena, fans have a choice of three VIP sectors. Tickets for the VVK sector include a private buffet where one can purchase food and beverages, a private entrance and a seat at the edge of the main stand. Those who buy tickets for the Telekom sector can also enjoy the all-inclusive buffet from HUF 33,000*, in addition to the private entrance, and the reserved seating at the edge of the main stand next to the sector of the ultras. Tickets for the Gold Sector cost from HUF 55,000* and include all-inclusive food and drinks and accompanying activities (e.g. children's corner, game consoles) in addition to the private entrance, and the reserved seats at and the main grandstand.

For purchasing tickets to the public stands a Fradi Fan Card is required, which is compulsory from the age of six. The price of the Fan Card is HUF 1500, and on match days HUF 2000. An identity card and address card are required for the Fan Card. You can choose between type A or type B. Type A tickets can be bought for all sectors, while type B tickets can only be bought for B1, B2, B3 and C1. The ticket office is open from Tuesday to Friday from 10.00 to 18.00, on Saturdays from 9.00 to 13.00 (until kick-off on match days) and is closed on Sundays and Mondays except match days.
The Fradi Shop is the official brand store of Ferencvárosi Torna Club, with more than 1000 Fradi products. You can find jerseys, scarves, fan accessories and souvenir items, relics, and a variety of food and beverages in addition to own-brand streetwear items. The shop is located in the Groupama Arena, next to the main entrance, and is open from 10.00 to 19.00 from Monday to Saturday, it is closed on Sundays and open until the end of the match on match days. On match days, the Fradi minibus is available in the C2 sector, the Mini Shop next to the ticket office, the Fradi Truck at the entrance to the Telekom sector and a special sales point in the MVM Gold sector awaits customers.

The Fradi Museum is Hungary's first and only official club museum, which presents the club's past and present through hundreds of sports artefacts on almost 200 square metres. Visitors to the museum can also see the only Hungarian Ballon d’Or, the Inter-Cities Fairs Cup trophy and Tibor Nyilasi's Silver Boot. The Fradi Museum ticket includes a free stadium tour, except on home matchdays and the day before them. With the help of our tour guides, the public can get a glimpse of the home dressing room, visit the sidelines where they can take a seat on the bench or visit the VIP area of the stadium. Admission to the museum is 2800 HUF/person for adults and 1400 HUF/person for students and pensioners, and visitors of all ages with a ticket on matchdays. Group discounts for groups of more than 20 persons are 1200 HUF/person.
