Terms and conditions for media accreditation
The Ferencvárosi Torna Club’s Terms and Conditions for Media Accreditation

1. For the home matches of FTC the inquiry for entry passes and photographer’s bibs must be done from match to match.

 

2. For all matches organized by the FTC Labdarúgó Zrt. (national, international, official and friendly matches) media accreditation can be requested solely through the online accreditation form at www.fradi.hu. The time of accreditation is officially announced at the club’s own media page at www.fradi.hu 72 hours before the given match at the latest. According with the privacy policy, FTC does not pass personal data to third parties. We cannot accept accreditations before and after the given dates and deadlines due to technical reasons, and regardless of objective and subjective circumstances these accreditations will be turned down.

 

The Accreditation Process

 

3. One platform may accredit only one journalist and photographer per match. The number of places at the press box is limited, therefore the club may prioritize places here. If a media would like to have more accreditation than what is given by the club, the media’s editor in chief, manager or the media’s representative must indicate this in an email at sajto@fradi.hu, minding the dates and deadlines and indicating in the email the reason for the extra accreditation. We would like to ask for the attachment of any former publication about the FTC football team as well in pdf. or jpg. form, in case of online forums, the indication of the link for them. We would like to ask for the publications (links) about the match to be sent to the sajto@fradi.hu email address, in case of the extra accreditation described above. If the person requesting the accreditation does not have a valid national or international press pass, the accreditation can only be accepted if the given media’s editor in chief holds full responsibility and sends the scanned version of the persons identification. FTC, as the organizer, holds the rights to cancel any accreditations to those who have formerly shared content that damaged the club’s reputation, business or other interests.

 

4. FTC, as the organizer, holds the rights to cancel any accreditations to those who would like to enter the press area without the intention to publish content for the supporters or the public. FTC, as the organizer, holds the rights to cancel any accreditations, even if they were sent in time, and comply with the conditions. FTC holds the rights to consider the applications according to the club’s own interests, and make the final decision accordingly in case there are more applicants than places. According to the 3. and the current point, regarding media on the web, only those colleagues of the given web page can be given accreditation, who comply with the sports organization’s and association’s regulations. The following criteria should be applied. According to the recommendation by AIPS only those colleagues should get accreditation: 
a) who have been in operation at least for 2 years (if they don’t meet this criteria, they need to introduce themselves in written form);
b) are part of a known media; 
c) who have been publishing as an editor, who are official journalists; 
d) whose page has as many visitors as the number of copies of daily newspapers in Hungary

 

5. The accreditation must be finished 3 hours prior to the start of the match. New accreditations cannot be accepted until the time of the match.

 

Working as a Member of a Media on Matches

 

6. The colleagues of the press can enter the matches only with a valid press pass, the accreditation and an entry pass, or with a certificate granting entry. One can only access the Media Box through accreditation.

 

7. The staff may provide entry to the locations for the members of the press only to those with a valid accreditation. The pass confirming the accreditation should provide easy identification.

 

8. For the matches of the National League accreditation can be requested for members of the press (journalist or photographer) of a sports organization of the National League, and of supporters’ associations registered at the club if they have their own web pages. 
Accreditation Requirements: 
a) the person appointed for accreditation should be delivered to the Federation by the sports organization; 
b) this assignment is for an indefinite period, but can be modified during the season if indicated to the Federation; 
c) persons suspended from attending matches cannot be accredited; 
d) the Federation’s and the Secretary General’s regulations apply to accredited persons; 
e) if someone breaches these regulations, that sports organization’s or supporters’ association’s web pages lose their right for accreditation for the given year of the championship, but at least for 10 matches, which can overlap the next year’s championship.

 

9. The accredited members of the press have the right to use the locations designated for the media and work there, but must comply with the regulations of attending the sports event. Besides the Hungarian Football Federation’s norms, they should comply with the regulations regarding the accreditation.
 The organizer defines in which path can the members of the use, and where they can conduct their work.

 

10. Accredited persons must behave so that they do not damage the reputation of football, the Hungarian Football Federation, the sponsors and the media. If accredited persons verbally insult or assault the officials, the players, the coaches, or the CEO’s, their accreditation should be revoked immediately. The person who breaches the regulations regarding the attendance of the match should be removed. Information regarding the person removed and the reason for the removal must be sent to the biztonsag@mlsz.hu and the press@mlsz.hu addresses. If the reason for removal is infringement, the organizer must request police procedure. The Hungarian Football Federation informs the members of the press related to the incident and revokes the given member’s entry.

 

11. Accredited members of the press may work at the media box, the mixed zone and the location of the press conference.

 

Photographers

 

12. Photographers, just like journalists, may only participate on an event for work after their accreditation and the security checking of their equipment.

 

13. Photographers should not disturb the television broadcast and the visibility of the official signage of the Hungarian Football Federation.

 

14. Photographers can only enter the designated area for them wearing the photographer’s bibs given by Hungarian Football Federation. Other bibs can only be used if the sports organization has not been given enough bibs. The bibs themselves do not provide entry to locations designated for photographers.

 

15. Photographers must put on the bib immediately after entry, and must wear them during the match. The can only take off the bibs after leaving the premises of the arena. The photographers should always be identifiable by the number on their bibs, and must provide identification if asked. The organizer must provide the list of accredited photographers with their bib number to the representative of the police before the start of the match.

 

16. The photographers must hand over their press identification or other identification when receiving their bibs, they will be given their identification back after returning their bibs, and the sports organization must record the number of the given bib in order to provide easy identification. Photographers may stay before on the left and right side of the entrance to the pith before the match, only after the warm up. And after the teams have lined up, they can only stay outside the lines. After the team photos and the coin toss, photographers must remain in their designated area at each end of the field of play behind advertising boards until the penalty area. Photographers cannot enter the pitch, only in cases permitted by the organizer. They can enter the area behind the goal and the advertising boards only until they set their self-timer cameras. These must not touch the net, and must not cover the advertising boards. Photographers cannot work in the mixed zone, their bibs do not provide entry to this area. The committee responsible may restrict the above options when issuing the license of the stadium, if the facility is not eligible for these. Photographers must not contact the supporters while in their designated area for work. Photographers cannot criticize the players and the officials regarding the result and their activity.

 

17. The referees and the officials may order anyone to leave the area between the pitch and the stands, except for persons eligibly residing in the technical zone. If someone refuses to obey these orders, the referees or the officials may suspend or discontinue the match. The person who breaches the regulations regarding the attendance of the match should be removed. The removal and its circumstances must be sent to the Federation.
