The last league match of the year was organized tonight against Budafok in the Groupama Arena. The opponents are directed by former FTC player Csaba Csizmadia. As on all recent matches, FTC created a chance right after the kick-off but this time Isael’s ball did not hit the target. We showed great dominance in the first half, yet, the nets remained untouched. Then, in the second half we played with even more will and Lovrencsics scored in the 56th minute after a free kick. Only four minutes later we scored again, this time from a penalty by Haratin: the Budafok defender touched the ball with his hand. After extending our lead the opponents did not give up and speeded their play more: they managed to close up by Zsóri but could not make it equal.
We won again, our winning series continues. See you in 2021!
