Sergei Rebrov leaves Fradi
Sergei Rebrov resigns as head coach of FTC men’s football team.

The 47-year old Ukranian coach of FTC has led the team a total of 161 times between August 2018 and May 2021. He won three championship titles with FTC, and reached the Group Stage of the UEFA Europa League in 2019 and the UEFA Champions League in 2020. The significance of the three championships in a row of the Rebrov era is perfectly illustrated by the fact that the last time FTC was able to win three championships for three consecutive years was before 93 years, between 1926 and 1928. Sergei Rebrov has irrevocably written himself into the club’s history.

- I would like to thank the club as well as all the fans of Ferencváros for supporting my work. We achieved great success together and I am glad to have been able to work with such a popular Club with such a prestigous history – said Rebrov.

FTC would like to thank Sergei Rebrov for his outstanding work as the head coach of the team and wishes him further success in both his coaching career and his private life.
