Somalia is back in Ferencváros!
Our former player, Hungarian champion, and cup winner Somalia is returning to Fradi.

Our thirty-time champion football team has signed our former player SomaliaWergiton de Rosário Calmont.

Somalia first came to our club in 2011 from Bangu Atlético Clube in his home country. In his first year, he was on loan at Fradi, but a year later he became our player. He played four seasons in total with us, from defender to left-wing, he was good on almost all the posts, he also strengthened the team with 21 goals and 8 assists.

He has scored various beautiful goals for us, who wouldn't remember his glorious left-footed bomb shot on the derby, his similarly good momentum against Eger or his fantastic solo goal in the Super Cup? He was a fan favorite and has won the Hungarian Championship, Hungarian Cup and Super Cup with FTC.

Somalia's great abilities were also noticed in France, in Ligue 1, he transferred to Toulouse in 2015. During his three seasons in the French team, he mostly played as a defensive midfielder and was an important part of the team.

He signed with Shabab in Saudi Arabia in 2018, finishing fifth in the league last year. After a year and a half, he decided to return to Ferencváros, the place of his previous successes.
