CONFIDENT THREE-GOAL WIN
Zachariassen and Barnabás Varga were joined by Mackreckis in the 3-0 win over Botosani.

Our Hungarian champion men's football team played their last training match of the second training camp in Austria on Monday evening against FC Botosani of Romania. The venue was familiar this time, as we played the Romanian team at our familiar training ground, the Emerald Arena, just a 10-minute walk from our hotel.

First half

As in previous matches, Ferencváros attacked from the first minutes and dominated the game. In the 5th minute Kristoffer Zachariassen received a brilliant ball from Marquinhos and our Norwegian player calmly shot into the goal (1-0). The great start set the stage for an even better continuation. Marquinhos created a great situation two minutes later, but the Botosani goalkeeper saved. In the 14th minute, however, there was nothing more he could do when Adama Traoré's masterful centre was passed into the goal from close range by Barnabás Varga (2-0).

Two minutes later, the Romanians also had a chance, but Dibusz Dénes was alert and saved with his legs. Our team constantly attacked their opponents already in the penalty area, and as a result we had several turnovers. Varga could have doubled his goal tally in the 23rd minute, but perhaps he was surprised when Eldar Civic's corner was not touched, and the ball found its way to our striker, but failed to reach the net. In the 42nd minute, Traoré had a chance but failed to push the ball past Razvan Ducan, with the Romanian goalkeeper making the save. No further goals were scored in the remaining time, and the teams went into the break with a 2-0 lead.

Second half

Botosani's play improved in the second half. In the 56th minute, Sekou Camara's dangerous shot was saved by Dibusz, and a few minutes later the goalkeeper again made two great saves.

In the 69th minute, Fradi came out of a minor pressure and a great flash from substitute Cebrail Makreckis gave us a 3-0 lead. Another Romanian attempt was saved again by Dibusz, and then Krisztián Lisztes had a chance, but our young player's attempt was saved by Ducan. At the end of the game Loncar replaced Zachariassen and Dibusz had to clear a free kick, but the score remained the same.

Our team ended their second training camp with a convincing three-goal win.
