Win in Heated Atmosphere
Ferencváros won 1-0 over Budapest Honvéd on Saturday afternoon derby.

This Saturday is the first time our men’s football team plays in the new Bozsik Aréna in Kispest. Our time played offensively straight from kick-off and it took only 16 minutes for Tokmac to score the only goal of the match and so far his only goal in the league. Then, the match became more difficult for our side when Botka was sent off in the 23rd minute: he brought down the opponent in front of our box. Peter Stöger immediately made a change and replaced the offensive Zubkov with the more defensive Wingo. Despite the red card, just before half time, Zachariassen had a chance and shot from 18 but Szappanos showed a memorable save to stop the ball.

After half time the home team woke up and had their first notable chance in the 54th minute. In the following minutes they put more pressure on our box while we had two more huge chances: first Ryan Mmaee's shot came back from the crossbar, then Wingo missed a great opportunity. After this, Dibusz needed to save the biggest Honvéd chance in the 83rd minute. In the remaining part of the match the result did not change and Fradi won a derby against Kispest in the new Bozsik Stadium.
