After several international qualifiers, FTC began the new season in the Hungarian league against Kaposvár. The opponents spent the past years in lower divisions and returned to NB I only now. Head Coach Rebrov changed the lineup on 9 places compared to the match against Dinamo but the team scored quickly anyways, already in the 6th minute by Zubkov’s rocket. Following the goal our players created an endless chain of opportunities and if it had not been for the goalkeeper at Kaposvár, we probably would have won by several goals. The nets were not touched anymore but we took what was the absolute most important, the three points.
