We started the game confidently, with dynamic play. We scored 4 goals quickly and paid lots of attention to our defense. Right before the end of the first period, our advantage was 7 goals. We fought hard for a bigger advantage so the girls could rest for the game on Sunday. Pásztor Noémi and Horváth Dóra both played amazingly and helped the team in defense and also in offense. Noémi scored 3 beautiful goals.
We began the 2nd period with a 17-11 lead. We were a bit too calm in this half of the game and the referees had some interesting, uninterpretable decisions. Our opponent hit the players of Fradi physically very hard wherever they could. There were no consequences of the unjust way the other team played. We had to wait until the 50th minute for the first red card.
In the last minutes of the game, our advantage grew and we won the game 33-26.
